Key Responsibilities

• Recruit and onboard TikTok LIVE creators to join the platform.
• Present and explain partnership policies, incentives, and revenue-sharing

models.

• Monitor and support creators’ daily LIVE streaming activities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with creators to improve retention

and engagement.

• Provide ongoing guidance and support to ensure creator success.
• Free training (2 days) is provided for those with no experience.

Candidate Requirements

• Age: 18–35 years
• Open to both male and female candidates.
• Proficient in social media platforms, including TikTok, WhatsApp, and

Facebook.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and sales skills.
• Fluent in English.
• Previous experience in live-streaming platforms, sales, recruitment, or

human resources is an advantage.

• Highly responsible, proactive, and execution-oriented.
• Willing to conduct field outreach and customer acquisition activities.

Working Schedule

• 5.5 days per week
• 8 hours per day

Compensation & Benefits• Base Salary: KES 15,000 – 20,000

• Performance-Based Recruitment Commission (based on the number of

LIVE creators)

• High-performing employees can earn KES 40,000+ per month
