We are seeking a proactive and results-driven TikTok LIVE Recruiter to identify, engage, and onboard talented TikTok LIVE creators. The ideal candidate is passionate about social media, understands TikTok trends, and enjoys building relationships with content creators. Key Responsibilities Identify and recruit potential TikTok LIVE creators through the TikTok platform and other social media channels. Monitor TikTok LIVE streams to discover promising creators. Reach out to creators, explain partnership opportunities, and guide them through the onboarding process. Maintain accurate records of prospects and recruitment progress. Build and maintain positive relationships with creators. Follow up with interested creators to ensure successful registration and activation. Collaborate with the operations team to support creator growth and retention. Meet weekly and monthly recruitment targets. Stay updated on TikTok trends, creator communities, and platform development
