Brief About the Coast Development Authority – CDA

Coast Development Authority (CDA) is a State Corporation created under an Act of Parliament (CAP.449) N0.90 with the mandate to plan, co-ordinate and implement development programs in the Coast region, Southern Garissa, and the Exclusive Economic Zone.
